Welcome to MEMORIZE, operated by Memory Worldwide Pty Ltd (“MEMORIZE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MEMORIZE website and services, including our educational courses and subscription platform.

By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

3. Eligibility

4. MEMORIZE Subscription Service

MEMORIZE offers digital educational courses through an annual subscription.

An active subscription provides:

• Access to MEMORIZE educational courses

• Access to new courses added to the subscription library

• Continued access only while your subscription remains active

Access ends when your subscription expires or is cancelled.

5. Free Trial

MEMORIZE may offer a 7-day free trial.

By starting a trial:

• You must provide valid payment details

• You will not be charged during the trial period

• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

No refunds are provided once the trial converts to a paid subscription, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Subscription Billing

Current subscription price: USD $97 per year

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically each year

• Are billed in advance

• Continue until cancelled

By subscribing, you authorize MEMORIZE to charge your payment method for each renewal.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When cancelled:

• You will not be billed again

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

• Access ends automatically when the billing period expires

No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• You may have a 7-day grace period to update payment details

• Access may be temporarily limited during this time

• If payment is not resolved, access may be suspended or terminated.

9. Price Changes

We may update subscription pricing.

If pricing changes:

• Existing subscribers will be notified before renewal

• New pricing applies at the next renewal date

• You may cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price.

10. Intellectual Property

All MEMORIZE content is owned by Memory Worldwide Pty Ltd, including:

• Videos

• Course materials

• Illustrations and graphics

• Text and scripts

• Branding and logos

Your subscription grants a:

• Limited

• Non-exclusive

• Non-transferable

• Revocable license

to access the content for personal educational use only.

No ownership rights are transferred.

11. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Share your login credentials

• Allow others to use your account

• Copy, reproduce, record, or distribute course content

• Download content unless explicitly permitted

• Resell or commercially use content

• Use content for teaching, tutoring, or business purposes without permission

• Use MEMORIZE content to train artificial intelligence systems

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms

• Share accounts

• Misuse content

• Engage in fraud or abuse

Termination may occur without notice.

13. Platform Changes

We may:

• Modify or update course content

• Add or remove features

• Change platforms or technology providers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

14. Educational Disclaimer

MEMORIZE provides educational content only.

We do not guarantee:

• Academic results

• Exam scores

• Learning outcomes

Results depend on individual use and effort.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MEMORIZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Assignment and Business Transfer

We may:

• Rebrand MEMORIZE

• Transfer ownership

• Assign this Agreement to another entity

Your rights under these Terms will not be reduced.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation before court proceedings.
